Peter Winchester looks back forty years with the aid of cine film about steam trains on the South Coast, with a touch of other transport in the Brighton area.

By popular demand, Terry Russell returns with some more cine films from his collection.

Malcolm Keeping, a firm favorite of STIG, will delve into his cine archives, providing an evening of trolleybuses & motor buses.

A Signalman Reminisces |
Derek Osbourne, now working for the Bluebell Railway, recalls his days at our former local signal box at Kemp Town Railway Station.

Nick Kelly, STIG member & local transport enthusiast, takes us for a 'spin' on two wheels, on the history of the two-wheeled machine, popular for leisure, work & as a cult. (Postponed from Autumn 2002)

Trevor Cox relates the story of the China Navigation Company, one of the oldest British Shipping Companies in the world.
